Deliveries will be made to the address you give in your order, it being specified that this must be your place of residence or that of any other individual of your choice.

The delivery : cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.

 To ensure the lead times can be met, you should check that you have provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as : phone number, street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or interphone numbers, etc.). Inaccurate information may result in longer delivery times or re-shipments.

SAONA COLLECTION would not be held responsible for a delayed delivery due to external causes.

 In case of damaged delivery (already opened, missing or damaged product…), the Customer must notify the transport service if possible by hand on the delivery invoice and to SAONA COLLECTION Company by email. The refusal of the product must be done, by any means, within 3 days following the delivery

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer also in case of in the event of a natural disaster or pandemic.
